Washoe County Public Guardian reports rising caseload complexity, launches training academy and intern program

Public Guardian Tracy Bowles told commissioners the office manages about a $3.09 million budget, has a caseload ratio above national targets and is expanding training, internship and partnership efforts to handle more complex cases with higher property and financial assets.
