Staff confirmed the revised plat complies with the zoning approval associated with H2251 and with the Land Development Code.
Brian Serak of Clearview Land Design presented for the applicant and answered commissioner questions on setbacks and lot widths. Commissioner Justin Noe moved to approve the conditional plat; Commissioner Axel David seconded. The motion passed 5‑0.
