Board approves second reading of Braywolf Subdivision rezoning to R2A; third reading set for July 14
The board approved on second reading a rezoning application for the Braywolf Subdivision, rezoning approximately 4.72 acres to R2A medium-density residential; staff said the planned development complies with the 2040 Land Use Plan and the development would generate about 2.54 dwelling units per acre.

On second reading the Board approved an ordinance to rezone about 4.72 acres along Bray Station Road from R1 and FAR to R2A medium-density residential for the Braywolf Subdivision. The ordinance passed on second reading; staff said the third and final reading will be on July 14.
