County approves expanded Spring Valley test well after crews find larger aquifer
The county approved a $133,400 change order to extend drilling of a Spring Valley test well to about 560 feet after crews discovered a deeper aquifer producing higher flow. The extended drilling is funded by an existing grant; staff will solicit bids for retrofit/pump installation next.
