County staff to revise drafts, launch EIR steps after board feedback; zoning code draft to follow community workshops
After two days of community plan review, staff said revised community plans will go back to communities, the EIR scoping and environmental review will begin once the board confirms any additional land‑use changes, and the zoning code public review draft is expected in late fall.
