The superintendent said the implementation timetable would run through December for initial assessments, with community input and dashboard reporting to follow.
The motion to approve the plan passed 6-0. Board members said they expect staff to return with implementation steps, measures and timelines that align the strategic plan to budgeting and staffing decisions.
