The Saint Paul Library Board approved agenda item 25-20, the minutes from the April 9, 2025 meeting, by voice vote with seven in favor and none opposed. Chair Jost took roll call and reported "5 present, 2 absent being Kim and Yang" before the board approved the minutes.
