The Appropriations Committee approved a request to allocate $900,000 from the Overtown Community Redevelopment Area trust fund for a proposed project promoted by the sponsor (item 2C). During discussion, OMB staff said the trust fund balance stood at approximately $5,700,000 before the $900,000 allocation.
