Hardee County authorizes FDOT traffic signal maintenance agreement amendment
The BOCC approved Amendment 10 to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with FDOT and authorized the county manager or chair to sign Exhibit A amendments for fiscal year 2025-26; agreement ties compensation to CPI and requires the county to maintain signals listed in Exhibit A.

The Hardee County Board of County Commissioners on May 15 approved Amendment 10 to the Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement (TSMCA) with the Florida Department of Transportation and authorized the county manager or chair to sign Exhibit A amendments that identify the traffic-control devices and compensation amounts for fiscal year 2025-26.
