Planning staff told the Poulsbo City Council on May 14 that the Planning Commission recommended approval and adoption of the city’s comprehensive plan and the implementing land‑development regulations. Staff said roughly 15–20 people attended the commission public hearing and most comments addressed a proposed mobile home park overlay.
