Contractor completed 36‑inch drainage pipe installation on Harris Street first phase and sanitary sewer installation; detention pond excavation to begin. On the city's east side drainage (Fourth Street) project, staff and Huggins Ranch continue negotiations over an easement; a revised easement was sent May 6 and is under review.
