The Fulshear Development Corporation met in executive session on May 12 under Texas Government Code §551.087 (economic development negotiations) to discuss terms with Fulshear Central LLC. After the closed session the board emerged and directed staff and legal counsel to prepare a resolution for the board’s review at the June meeting.
