The Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board voted unanimously to recommend a City Commission ordinance amending Chapter 62 (Article X, Division 3, Section 62‑535) to permit temporary‑use permits (TUPs) inside District 3 where that district overlaps the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) area.
