Commissioner DeGraves moved to approve the April 14, 2025 action minutes; Commissioner Castro seconded. Chair Dr. Ewan Hawkes took a roll call vote: Commissioner Castro, Commissioner DeGraves, Commissioner Ginsburg, Vice Chair Cassie Sizemore and Chair Hawkes all voted "Aye." The chair declared the motion approved unanimously.
