The Lansing School Board voted to schedule a special work session to hear from two potential developers — Jeremy Grunemeyer and representatives of Riverbend Estates — about possible projects that could use RHID (Redevelopment Housing Improvement District) tools and other development strategies. Trustees said they preferred an all‑board workshop so every member could hear proposals directly rather than rely on smaller delegations.
