Primrose parks update: phases progress, value‑engineered items and sponsorship options prompt prioritization discussion

Phase 2 work on Primrose Park is progressing, staff said, with dirt work, storm lines and some sanitary work complete. Staff reported phase 3 design resumed after council decisions on the amphitheater and that some electrical work has been installed for one scoreboard location; conduit for a second field is present but power was not fully run to that field.
