Bannock County approves change order No. 4 with Headwaters for interior insulation work
The Bannock County Board of Commissioners voted to approve Change Order No. 4 with Headwaters to address interior wall and sound insulation work after staff clarified the item had been specified but not required in the original bid.

Shanna Crystal, chief procurement officer for Bannock County, told the Board of Commissioners that a requested interior insulation item had been specified in the original bid documents but was not required, so contractors did not include it in their bids. The board voted to approve Change Order No. 4 with Headwaters to install the specified insulation and address interior wall and sound-installation needs.
