Planning commission approves MPO transportation improvement program for FY2026–29

The TIP covers projects administered by the MPO across Lincoln and Lancaster County, including the city, Lancaster County, Nebraska Department of Transportation, StarTran, Lincoln Airport Authority and RTSD. The TIP is a required four‑year list of federally funded projects; following local approval the state consolidates the TIP into the State Transportation Improvement Program for federal review.
