The Cottage Grove City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance 3193 to amend Title 14, Section 14.37.020 (Flood Damage Prevention) of the Cottage Grove Municipal Code. City staff said the changes are required to remain in compliance with FEMA pre-implementation measures for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and to continue to provide flood insurance eligibility for residents.
