Administration withdraws resolution approving multi-year HVAC contracts

Committee staff noted the same contracts had been considered under CR 44-2025 at the committee's May 8 meeting. Budget analysis provided estimated adverse fiscal impacts for the contract term in committee materials, but the administration withdrew CR 49 and said no further committee action was needed.
The committee recorded the administration's withdrawal and will take no further action on CR 49-2025.
