Caltrans District 2 project manager Bill Barnes told the Trinity County Board of Supervisors on May 6 that a number of maintenance and capital projects will affect local travel this summer and beyond, including culvert replacement, chip-seal work, a multi-year paving/turnout job and a large culvert program planned for the next construction season.
