The board accepted bids or authorized letting for multiple supply and services contracts for the 2025 fiscal cycle, including road and bridge materials, dumpsters, hot mix asphalt, asphalt paving services and election board ballots. County staff said the first four bid packages were reviewed by commissioners prior to the meeting and were ready to proceed.
Commissioners approved cash fund estimate needs and appropriation requests reflecting April collections, accepted monthly reports of officers (with the court clerk’s report submitted separately), and approved nine blanket purchase orders totaling $7,650. The board also approved payment of purchase orders by resolution (Resolution 2025‑150) as presented.
