The Hooper Planning Commission on May 8 granted final approvals for the Flint Subdivision (one lot) and Rosslyn Ranch Phase 2 (about 28 lots) after staff and the Technical Review Committee said each met zoning and city development requirements; utility final letters and required improvements were reported as complete.
