Main Street/Meridian roundabout nearing completion; intersection expected open before July 4 if weather holds
Engineering consultant told the council that the Meridian/Main Street roundabout concrete pour is underway and that substantial completion of the Main Street project is expected in early July with the intersection opening about a week earlier, weather permitting.

Christy Scass with PEC updated the Valley Center City Council on May 6 on the Main Street project. She said the primary remaining work is the Sissonnette and Meridian roundabout where crews were pouring concrete the week of the meeting and installing curbs and the centerpiece of the roundabout.
