Lancaster County Council approved a package of economic development and land-use items during its meeting, including a special source revenue credit (SSRC) ordinance for a manufacturing project known in staff materials as Project Block (Oldcastle APG South Inc., d/b/a Adams Products); an amendment to a development agreement for a Crossland Southeast project called The Exchange; and a resolution and a fee-in-lieu-of-tax agreement for Project Janus, a larger distribution/assembly operation.
