Developers present Hyde Park mixed-use concept; city parcels, park and possible fire substation discussed

Developers presented a conceptual plan for the Hyde Park site at a project review meeting, describing a mixed-use development centered on residential units, commercial space and a publicly accessible park and playground. Presenters said the concept overlays preliminary unit counts, open-space percentages and circulation onto an aerial of the site and includes parcels the city currently owns on the north end.
