The Municipal Development District held a workshop at its May 1 meeting focused on creating a standardized incentive application, an evaluation rubric and an associated policy. Harrison (town staff) presented example documents from Argyle’s draft materials and peer towns (Aubrey and Fair Oaks) for the board to review.
