The Hawaii Senate moved to adopt several Senate concurrent resolutions for final adoption, including SCR 4 (House Draft 1), SCR 5 (House Draft 1), SCR 53 (House Draft 1), SCR 54 (House Draft 1), and SCR 136 (Senate Draft 1, House Draft 2). Senators moved and seconded the adoption, and the clerk declared the motion carried after members recorded reservations and no votes on some items.
