Community Development Director Todd Miller presented a minor subdivision application for a 17.5-acre parcel fronting Terrell Road, south of Polk Road and Allen Road. Applicants Dow Pfau and Kia Kang proposed splitting the parcel into four lots.
Miller said the applicants dedicated 20 feet of Allen Road frontage to the county so that Parcel A would meet the countyโs public-road-frontage requirement. All parcels are zoned FR (Farm Residential) with a Town Center future land-use designation; Miller reported each parcel would meet the minimum one-acre size and 100 feet of public-road frontage. Staff recommended approval based on minor subdivision criteria and the earlier road frontage dedication approved by Road & Bridge and the board.
The workshop transcript records staff recommendation and brief commissioner questions but does not record a separate final vote on the subdivision at that session; staff said the application met the criteria for approval.
