County schedules May 13 public hearing on proposed subdivision regulation exceptions
Guadalupe County Planning staff presented draft exceptions to Section 3 of the county subdivision regulations and the court set a public hearing for May 13, 2025. Staff said the intent is to clarify exceptions (for examples such as certain family divisions, foreclosures or loans), require an application form and track exceptions if adopted.
