Comal County commissioners approve claims, plats, leases, precinct changes and settlement; multiple routine items cleared

The Comal County Commissioners Court on April 24 approved a package of routine and project-specific actions including the county’s monthly claims, two plats, Corps of Engineers easement and consent agreements for boat ramp improvements, a lease for a sheriff’s substation, election precinct boundary changes effective Jan. 1, 2026, renewal of the Texas DPS 1033 program agreement for the sheriff’s office, and a settlement agreement with Jeffrey J.
