James Lamb, representing several members of the Binford family, told the Prince George County Board of Supervisors on April 2025 that the property assessment and appeal process is “deeply flawed, opaque, and unfair.” Lamb said the family met with Vision on March 28 about more than 40 parcels and learned this week the Vision representative is no longer with the company, leaving them unsure how an existing appeal would proceed.
