After a Richmond Ambulance Authority briefing on call-answer and accreditation data, committee members pressed Department of Emergency Communications, Preparedness and Response staff for an apples-to-apples comparison; staff were asked to deliver a combined analysis coordinated by Steve Taylor within two weeks.
