The Bellevue Planning Commission on April 24 recommended site-plan approval for Normandy Hills, a proposed 90-unit multifamily development on Normandy Boulevard and Grenoble Drive (case Z-2502-02). Staff and the applicant said the conceptual plan meets zoning and engineering requirements; the commission approved the request after discussing lighting, neighborhood access and future road extensions.
