Delaware County Law Library System updates district agreement, annual report and systemwide evaluation priorities
The administrator reported that annual reports are under review at the Office of Commonwealth Libraries; member libraries must verify a district-negotiated agreement by May 23; and a systemwide evaluation task force set priorities for advocacy, substitute staffing and training.
