Task force approves March minutes, reassigns members to working groups

At its April 28 meeting the Bond Election Advisory Task Force approved the minutes from March 24, 2025 and voted to reassign and add members to several working groups.

The task force entertained a motion to approve the March 24 minutes; a member moved and another seconded the motion and the chair called for a vote by raised hands. The chair announced the minutes were approved.

Later in the meeting members discussed adjustments to working-group membership to reflect recent member changes and attendance. The task force voted to:

- Add Donald Jackson and Robert Delp (noted as requesting assignment) to the Affordable Housing working group (membership increase noted by staff). - Add Robert Biedler and Donald Jackson to Parkland and Open Space. - Add Robert Biedler, Francis Jordan and Katrina Miller to Stormwater (members requested reassignment during the meeting).

A motion to approve the membership changes was moved and seconded; the chair called for raised-hands and the motion passed. Task force members also confirmed meeting dates and points of contact for working groups. The meeting adjourned at approximately 4:01 p.m.
