JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. — The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners approved a slate of routine administrative and contracting items during its Tuesday, Sept. 16 meeting, including payroll and accounts payable, three budget ordinances passed by the county council, a 2026 holiday schedule and multiple professional services agreements.
