Sandpoint planning commission tables proposed zoning changes on permit timelines and PUD density

The Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission on Aug. 19 heard a staff proposal to change parts of the municipal code that govern conditional use permits, variances and planned unit developments, including clearer time limits for permits and potential standards for density bonuses. The commission voted to table deliberations and asked staff to return with a revised draft.
