Planning Manager Lauren Mecke told the City of Anna Planning and Zoning Commission on Aug. 4 that senior planner Scott Sims had left the department and said staff intend to keep operations "business as usual." Mecke said Assistant Director Nader Jerry and other staff will maintain day-to-day operations while the department adjusts.
