The Boone County surveyor's office recommended and the board approved a 34-foot variance for an addition at 245 Reynolds Drive that will leave the new construction about 41 feet from the top of bank of the Reynolds Ditch.

The Boone County Drainage Board approved a variance request allowing an addition to a house at 245 Reynolds Drive that would place the new garage and addition closer to Reynolds Ditch than standard setbacks allow.
