Rockwall Commissioners agree to form small working group to scope thoroughfare plan update

During the Aug. 27 workshop Commissioners discussed next steps after the Friese Nichols presentation and directed staff to assemble a formal committee proposal to return to court for a vote. Several commissioners said they favored a small working group to develop the recommended scope, budget and sequencing for a plan update and to balance technical needs with limited staff time.
