The committee approved petition 25-25, filed by Fox Investment Holdings LLC and Fox Contractors Corporation, to replat Country Cove Section 2 Lot 5 at 3588 State Road 327 in Auburn from one parcel into two buildable parcels after State Road 327 had been rerouted through the original lot. The staff report said proposed Lot 5 would have about 6 net acres and Lot 6 about 8.68 net acres; required minimum net area is 2 acres and minimum lot width is 160 feet. Committee members voted to approve the primary and secondary plat after staff added a condition that required soil borings for Lot 6 be completed before the plat may be recorded.
Chris Gollmer, staff member, told the committee that the applicants had not completed soil borings for Lot 6 and that "so until those get finished, the plat just can't be recorded."
