Conservation Commission recommends special-use permit for Paine Road house replacement
The New Shoreham Conservation Commission voted to forward a positive advisory to the zoning board for a special-use permit to demolish a deteriorated single-family dwelling at 411 Paine Road and replace it with a new three-bedroom house; commissioners said the project meets local standards and the applicant will connect to town water and sewer.

On July 29, 2025, the New Shoreham Conservation Commission voted to forward a positive advisory to the Zoning Board for a special-use permit allowing the demolition of an existing single-family dwelling and replacement with a new single-family house at 411 Paine Road (Plat 10, Lot 6).
