Commissioners appoint EMA director, plan VSO replacement and post cemetery part-time job

The board appointed Kyla Dale as emergency management (EMA) director pending background check, accepted the part-time veteran service officer's (VSO) resignation and directed staff to advertise the VSO vacancy, and approved posting for a second cemetery part-time position (budgeted).
