Committee approves technical amendments to development code on deferred improvements and private‑street standards

The recommending committee on Aug. 4 approved bill 2025‑29, a set of technical amendments to the Las Vegas Unified Development Code (LVMC Title 19) that clarify rules on deferral of public improvements, private‑street standards and map application checklists.
