Commission adopts UDO amendment to allow duplex access on classified streets
The Planning Commission voted 7-0 to amend the Unified Development Ordinance to permit duplexes to have driveway access on classified streets and to add certain minor arterial streets to the access list, a cleanup staff said was necessary after prior edits omitted the classification.
