Senate Labor Committee delays portion of labor budget over workforce development fund; posts policy bill DE amendment
Chair McEwen told the Senate Labor Committee it has delayed finalizing part of the labor budget because of an unresolved workforce development account, has reserved Friday for additional hearings, and has posted the policy bill (Senate File 2149) with DE A7. Committee members said they hope to take amendments Thursday if possible.

At the start of the April 8 meeting, Chair McEwen told members the committee had delayed resolving a portion of its labor budget because of an unresolved workforce development account and that the overall budget bill would be "not very large" and include familiar provisions.
