The council on April 14 accepted construction reports from the general contractor and construction manager for the public safety building and community center. Staff said framing and door installations were complete, HVAC rough‑ins and inspections passed, and sheetrock installation would begin soon. The project team delivered the community center and held a grand‑opening event.
