The Grantsville Planning Commission voted to table a proposed amendment to chapter 4.16 of the city’s Land Use and Management Code that would reference AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) sight-distance standards for intersection site triangles. The panel said it wants a city engineer or other technical staff to present the standard’s implications before adopting the change.
