The planning commission had unanimously recommended approval for these items and the board adopted them by voice vote.
The board also adopted a land development code text amendment to remove outdated criteria for residential development in the I-4 selected area plan; planning commission had unanimously recommended approval and the board adopted the amendment at the hearing.
